As an Employee Relations Manager, you will focus on delivering comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle. Collaborate with leaders on performance management, workplace investigations, and disability accommodations while promoting fair and compliant practices. Ensure alignment with labor regulations and organizational values, employing a proactive approach to resolve employee and labor relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management • Conduct workplace investigations and analyze trends • Facilitate grievance management sessions and track trends • Oversee disability management and work accommodations • Support effective recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements: • 5+ years HR experience in a unionized workplace • Knowledge of employment legislation and grievance processes • Degree in HR or a related discipline required • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills • Ability to manage sensitive and high-risk matters discreetly
