- Meticulous with an eye for aesthetics; recognizes the importance of details in products used daily by millions.
- An excellent communicator; creates clarity and energy when sharing work with the team or customers.
- Comfortable prioritizing and working iteratively; guided by user feedback, data, and company goals.
- Intellectually curious; capable of tackling novel challenges lacking prior precedent.
- Driven to maximize productivity,
both self and team.

- Enhancing flagship features to maximize user impact, e.g., speeding up appointment invitations for clinical users multiple times daily.
- Collaborating with our exclusive community of passionate customers for feedback and influence, including participating in calls and visiting workplaces to understand their needs.
- Shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing features to maximize network value, often without Product Managers, requiring both strategic thinking and execution.
- Implementing effective processes to boost team productivity, including formalizing design standards and scaling tools for high retention feature shipping.
