The Business Relationship Manager helps advance our Bank’s market position and financial growth, by advancing Shinhan’s presence in the community by leveraging their mortgage expertise and having a strong understanding of the market and potential client base. This role focuses on developing broker and client relationships, supporting origination and assisting with the delivery of financing solutions. The position is ideal for someone who is growth-oriented and eager to build their expertise in the alternative lending space. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Grow Origination VolumeSource and onboard new brokers while maintaining relationships with existing ones. Conduct prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities. Support broker training and product awareness sessions. Track submissions, deal status, funded volume and pipeline activity. Assist in preparing and structuring basic financing proposals under the guidance of senior team members. Relationship ManagementBuild rapport with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders Liaise with Credit Management teams to follow up outstanding documentation or approvals. Address general inquiries from brokers on products and submission processes. Gather and share insights on broker activity, competitive trends and market developments. Administration & OrganizationMaintain accurate records of submissions, broker agreements and approvals Prepare reports on origination metrics and pipeline progress. Ensure compliance with Bank processes and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Independent,
