Lead strategic global compensation practices as the Global Compensation Program Manager. Shape job architecture, ensure pay equity, and implement transparent governance mechanisms while enjoying hybrid or remote work options.This critical role oversees job leveling, governance mechanisms, and enterprise-wide approval processes that drive fairness and integrity in compensation. You will partner with senior leaders and Talent Management to assess job roles and develop compensation recommendations. Your work will ensure alignment with internal equity and pay transparency commitments across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global job architecture frameworks and documentation
- Lead evaluation of senior leadership job leveling
- Establish governance protocols for compensation accuracy
- Partner with leadership on role design and compensation
- Develop training materials for senior leadersRequirements:
- 7+ years of progressive compensation expertise
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.G., Workday)
