This role focuses on planning, executing, and measuring digital marketing campaigns across Company brand digital platforms and third‑party channels.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Maintain and manage a digital marketing and offers calendar (1P and 3P), ensuring transparency and alignment with key stakeholders while meeting sales and profitability goals.
Create, execute, and manage consumer‑first and digital marketing strategies across our website and app to drive sales, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
Manage digital and 3P marketing projects for product launches, promotions, and calendar activations from brief to launch, ensuring flawless execution and quality assurance.
Track and report campaign effectiveness and ROI of all digital offers to inform future promotions.
Oversee digital marketing campaign execution, identifying and resolving any issues to improve processes and ensure success.
Partner with US digital team and manage 3P vendor relationships to ensure proper configuration of offers.
Marketing Analytics
Analyze topline (sales and traffic) and profit results in addition to sales inputs across our restaurant base to identify business drivers and opportunities.
Calculate ROI and analyze sales impact of marketing initiatives to inform future marketing strategies.
Track franchisee performance using topline sales, product mix, channel mix, pricing trends and other insights to address superior or declining performance and inform field initiatives.
Create strategic marketing reports and business cases using product mix and consumer insight data to contribute to marketing strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
3‑5 years of work experience in QSR, CPG, Retail, or related field.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience using tools such as SAP Business Objects or SQL queries to extract and manipulate data is preferred.
Experience working with Data Visualization Software such as Tableau is preferred.
Base salary range of $100,000 – $110,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long‑term incentive plan.
