and analyzing data migration strategies.* Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent.**Skills and Abilities*** Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.* Demonstrated ability to show leadership, resourcefulness, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.* Proficient in business process modeling and documentation.* Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).* Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis is an asset.**Preferred Certifications*** Certifications related to enterprise applications are an asset (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant).* Business analysis certifications are an asset (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).We believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members.**Belron Canada** is an integral part of the Belron International family, a global leader in auto glass repair and replacement, and forward-facing digital camera calibration.
