In the Sales Manager role, you will lead the inventory and sales operations while reporting to the VP of Sales. You will establish guidelines for inventory control and execute strategies that support the sales staff. This position includes engaging with customers at events and analyzing market trends for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate inventory management and sales strategies
• Maintain inventory specifications and availability status
• Oversee training and performance evaluations
• Develop market analysis to meet customer needs
• Support sales team in customer calls and pitches
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of sales management experience
• College or university education preferred
• Past experience in automotive or transportation is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in French/English is a plus
