Experience Required: 8+ years Key Responsibilities

IMS segments , including analysis and detailed design

Perform

end-to-end field mapping

and data processing

Lead and mentor junior developers within the team

Independently troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues

Participate in design discussions and contribute to system improvements

Collaborate within a pod environment with limited mainframe expertise

Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices
