Equitable Bank is a challenger bank committed to innovation and inclusion. We are looking for a Senior Technology Delivery Analyst to manage and deliver technology initiatives across the organization.

The Work

The Senior Technology Delivery Analyst reports directly to the Portfolio Delivery Manager of ET&D; and is responsible for managing and delivering ET&D; sponsored initiatives in alignment with corporate, regulatory and enterprise change management policies. This hybrid role requires a combination of hands‑on technical/analytical expertise and program management capabilities.

The Core Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of end‑to‑end technology initiatives within the ET&D; Portfolio, offering technical leadership
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to ensure the right technology partners are engaged and projects/programs stay on track
- Escalate technical gaps to eliminate barriers and ensure timely delivery
- Support planning at all levels to set expectations and enable on‑time delivery of the right technical solution
- Collaborate with technology stakeholders to define high‑level architecture and key solution components
- Effectively manage financials/budget, securing funding and maintaining disciplined cost management
- Engage business, technology stakeholders, vendors, and governance forums for transparent decision making
- Facilitate meetings, document risks, action items, issues and decisions
- Complete project evaluations,



velocity metrics and assess results against key benefits and performance indicators

Let’s Talk About You

- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technology initiatives throughout the full life cycle
- Post‑secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Certification in PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma or Organizational Change Management (major asset)
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure and information security concepts and terminology (preferred)
- Experience in both large and small corporate cultures (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently and coordinate senior cross‑functional teams
- Strong time‑management, analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience resolving technical impediments and managing RAID
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, engaging senior technical audiences
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and vendor selection processes
- Proven delivery track record in business and technology projects
- Proven ability in risk management and issue resolution using the bank’s policies and procedures
- Proven experience in highly cooperative, customer‑focused environments, adapting quickly when needed
