Role Description This full-time on-site role for a General Manager is located in Nanaimo, BC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.



The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to improve the hotel's performance and achieving operational goals through effective leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills

Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and P&L; management

Operational and strategic planning skills

Robust customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management systems

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry is preferred
