Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop and establish processes and methodologies to proactively define serviceability, reliability and maintainability of products.
- Educate stakeholders and act as an ambassador for serviceability, reliability and maintainability.
- Work with Parts and Service Division as well as our Capital Divisions to secure serviceability, reliability, and maintainability on all products.
- Secure and follow up targets for total cost of ownership on all products, starting with NPD projects.
- Perform data analytics. Establish a data model and standardized reports based on field information which should also take into account environmental parameters influencing component life.
- Utilize industry standards for reliability, predictability, MTBF, MTTR, etc., where applicable.
- Establish structure, implement processes, and define KPIs in order to track performance and drive improvements.
- Communicate with multiple levels of customers from service providers to business owners.
- Establish a working relationship with customers / sales team / service team / technical services.
- Assist with revising customer maintenance strategies.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mining or similar industry.
Education & Knowledge
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Skills & Abilities
- Reliability Engineering.
- Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- Data Collection.
- Asset Management Tools.
- Self-management, can adapt and is responsive to change.
- Well organized. Able to display methodical and systematic approach to tasks.
- Produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA), scoping and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Good speaking presence with the ability to speak to groups. Communicates with influence and the ability to present solutions and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Willingness to work within a team.
- Outstanding people skills, ambitious and patient.
- Strong team player who builds trust and has a willingness to share information.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Travel inside and occasionally outside of Canada.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 CAD - $150,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
