Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles including studio and office positions. Manage candidate sourcing, interviews, and ATS updates while ensuring a positive applicant experience.
This role focuses on connecting with hiring managers to understand their needs while managing all phases of recruitment. You will proactively network to identify and source candidates, maintain communication with applicants, and deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring process. Your efforts will contribute to optimizing the recruitment strategy and improving hire quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CV inflow and applicant screening
• Conduct interviews and background checks
• Update ATS and internal job postings




• Collaborate with hiring managers on needs
• Maintain active communication with candidates
Requirements:
• High school diploma; degree in HR preferred
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Solid attention to detail in resume screening
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
