Requirements: • Minimum 8 years in Quality Systems or Operational Excellence • Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; EIT or P.Eng. required • Experience in high-tech electronics or complex hardware • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
