Lead impactful customer success initiatives as a VP in a growing SaaS organization. Own post-sale revenue strategies while enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.

This senior role is dedicated to creating a comprehensive customer success journey from onboarding through to expansion. You will champion customer retention and organization-wide engagement strategies that drive meaningful Net Revenue Retention. As a leader in Customer Success, you will align with key teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from the product and services offered.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage retention metrics—Net Revenue and Gross Revenue • Drive initiatives to reduce churn and expand accounts • Establish scalable onboarding and customer lifecycle strategies • Lead diverse teams across operations and customer success • Collaborate proactively with Sales and Product teams

Requirements: • 10+ years of B2B SaaS experience with a subscription focus • Track record in driving retention and expansion metrics • Experience in rapidly growing Customer Success functions • Leadership experience with managerial responsibilities • Revenue-minded approach, beyond traditional support
