Keolis Canada is seeking a Training & Development professional looking to design, implement, and lead a comprehensive training and development framework that enhances safety, operational performance, employee capability, and organizational culture across Prince George Transit.

Knowledge and Experience

- 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or workforce development
- Experience in operations-focused or safety-sensitive environments
- Experience developing and implementing training programs and onboarding frameworks
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Unionized environment experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Northern BC

Nice to have

- A Degree or Certificate in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Adult Education
- Experience with Learning Systems / LMS
- A mindset of Train‑the‑Trainer Models with Training Metrics & KPIs




- Past experience in commercial driving sectors

- Strong facilitation and coaching skills

Onboarding & Employee Integration

Safety & Compliance Training

- Deliver and track safety training
- Promote safety culture
- Monitor compliance and outcomesInvestigating collisions, incidents, injuries and provide recommendations for improvement

Leadership Development

- Train supervisors on coaching, performance, conflict resolution
- Support succession planning

Performance & Continuous Improvement

- Evaluate and improve programs

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with Operations, HR, Safety, Union
- Align with collective agreements
- Support organizational initiatives
