Act as the key Office Manager, driving operational efficiency and maintaining client connections in a collaborative setting. This role requires strong leadership in facility management and communication.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will oversee local operations, ensuring compliance and addressing client requests effectively. You will coordinate with vendors and facilitate positive interactions among teams. Creativity in suggesting improvements to processes will be highly valued in this setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage communications between clients and local networkers
• Maintain operational guides and safety procedures
• Coordinate facility maintenance and management




• Support administrative duties across regional teams
• Organize and oversee local events and travel
Requirements:
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
• High level of organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and balance various responsibilities
• First aid certification or willingness to obtain
