Brandt Corporate Services is looking for a Learning Content Creator with a heavy emphasis on multimedia production to spearhead the content strategy for our new global Learning Management System (LMS). At a scale of 6,000+ employees, our goal is to move beyond traditional "click-next" training. This role is onsite in Regina, SK.
In this role, you will be responsible for turning our internal knowledge base into a polished, world-class digital library. You will be the bridge between workforce knowledge and high-fidelity production, transforming educational intent into seamless digital experiences that drive organizational development. You will use your expertise in graphic design, AI, new media, and video storytelling to create a seamless, polished, and modern learning environment that employees actually want to use.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Development & Design
- Transform raw content and complex information into engaging digital learning assets, including videos, microlearning modules, infographics, interactive activities, and job aids.
- Design visually appealing training materials that align with brand guidelines and organizational standards.
- Create interactive knowledge checks and assessments that accurately measure learning objectives.
- Format and produce printed and digital instructional materials, such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, eLearning content, course outlines, and resource materials.
Collaboration & Content Intake
- Collaborate with the Program Development Manager, Learning & Development Specialists,
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to understand content requirements and learning goals.
- Participate in content planning meetings and recommend effective learning formats and approaches.
LMS Support & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor assessment results and LMS analytics to identify areas where learners may be struggling and recommend improvements.
- Analyze and redesign content delivery to ensure alignment with learner needs and evolving business priorities.
- Maintain the training program library to ensure content remains current, relevant, and high quality.
Quality, Innovation & Learning Science
- Apply best practices in instructional design and multimedia production to enhance classroom, virtual, eLearning, and self‑directed learning experiences.
- Stay current with learning science, instructional technology, and digital design trends to continuously improve learning solutions.
- Support a culture of continuous learning and development through high-quality content and thoughtful design.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Expertise and skilled level skills: in various e-learning authoring,
video editing and graphic design tools such as Articulate, Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and AI-driven video/voice platforms)
- LMS Familiarity: Experience (or high aptitude) for the backend of modern LMS platforms – understanding how content looks and functions on the end-user’s screen.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple content workstreams, meet tight deadlines, and organize complex digital assets for a global workforce.
- Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to present creative concepts to stakeholders effectively across the organization.
- Independent & Team-oriented: A self-starter who can own a project from concept to launch, while also thriving as a proactive, collaborative team member.
- Innovation: A passion for creative thinking and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in modern Learning & Development.
- Visual Precision: A meticulous eye for presentation design and an unwavering attention to detail in every asset produced.
- Engagement-Focused: Ability to translate abstract learning goals into high-impact, polished visual stories.
- Bilingual Skills: French language skills are considered a strong asset for supporting our Quebec region.
Required Experience
- 3+ years’ in Learning Experience Design, Digital Content Creation, or Creative Media.
- Degree or Certificate in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Educational Technology, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
