About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on builder who can design, develop, and operate both our core digital platform and public-facing website.

This role combines product engineering, UX/UI design, platform operations, and Word Press management. You will own everything from how the platform performs internally to how the company presents itself externally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Development

• Build and maintain scalable web applications (frontend + backend)

• Develop APIs and integrate data from multiple systems

• Create real-time dashboards, analytics, and control interfaces

2. Website Design & Word Press Management

• Design and maintain the company website using Word Press

• Customize themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)

• Ensure website performance, SEO optimization, and responsiveness

• Manage content updates, landing pages, and marketing integrations

• Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)

• Ensure security, backups, and uptime of the website

3. UX/UI Design

• Design intuitive interfaces for both platform and website

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI

• Maintain consistent design language and branding

• Optimize user journeys for conversion and usability

4. Platform Operations (CRITICAL)

• Own platform uptime, monitoring, and performance

• Set up logging, alerts, and dashboards

• Manage deployments, updates, and CI/CD pipelines

• Ensure security, access control, and data integrity





• Optimize scalability as usage grows

5. Product & Growth Support

• Translate business needs into platform and website features

• Build landing pages and funnels for customer acquisition

• Continuously improve based on user behavior and analytics

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong full-stack experience (React / Next.js + Node.js / Python / Go)

• Proven experience with Word Press development & maintenance

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design (Figma or similar tools)

• Experience managing live production systems

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience with SEO, website performance optimization, and analytics tools

• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, monitoring, logging)

• Experience with real-time data platforms or IoT systems

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Grafana, D3.js, etc.)

• Exposure to AI/ML or predictive analytics

• Background in energy, infrastructure, or industrial systems
