The Opportunity

We're looking for entrepreneurial leasing Agents to help drive occupancy and capitalize on a high-volume pipeline of available units.

You’ll be responsible for marketing units, conducting showings, and securing leases. This is a commission-first opportunity built for individuals who are motivated by results and excited by the idea of turning activity into income. The more you lease, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage rental listings across platforms
- Respond to inquiries and qualify prospective tenants
- Schedule and conduct in-person unit showings
- Coordinate and manage your own showing schedule and pipeline
- Drive leads through consistent social media and online posting
- Negotiate and secure signed leases




- Ensure smooth handoff of new tenants to the property management team
- Travel regularly between properties (portfolio spread across central and north Edmonton)

What We’re Looking For

- Highly self-motivated and driven (“hunter” mindset)
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required
- Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to manage your own schedule and priorities
- Basic technical skills (Google Sheets, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing roles is an asset
- Willingness to spend significant time on the road and conducting showings
