Requirement:

- Experience in Quality Assurance with leading end-to-end QA delivery across multiple projects, releases, or programs.
- Define, own, and drive QA strategy, test plans, testing approach, and release quality gates.




- Lead manual and automation testing across the full SDLC in Agile, Dev Ops, and Waterfall models.
- Act as the single point of accountability for overall product and release quality.
- Own defect lifecycle management, risk assessment, and go/no-go release decisions.
- Partner closely with Delivery, Engineering, Product, Dev Ops, and Business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and perform capacity planning for QA teams including QA leads, automation engineers, and manual testers.
- Track, analyze, and report quality KPIs, metrics, and testing status to leadership and clients.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements, especially within BFSI environments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, test automation adoption, and quality maturity across programs.
