JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Director of Education and Training. This individual will be leading the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of all training programs related to commercial and residential inspections. This role requires deep technical expertise, robust leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of inspection standards, building codes, and industry best practices. The director ensures that inspectors at all levels receive high‑quality, accurate, and up‑to‑date training that supports operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Must have a deep technical understanding of inspections, both commercial and residential

- Needs to be familiar with the Canadian Building Codes

- Understands the technical aspects of inspections

- Has strong leadership skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Has written education content
