Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / RBA based in Toronto, ON. The BCBA will primarily design, implement, and oversee behavioral interventions and support programs for students with OAP funding. Responsibilities include behavioral assessments,



developing individualized behavior intervention plans and classroom protocols, collaborating with teachers and staff, providing behavioural training for staff, data management, and progress meetings with parents ands staff.

Qualifications

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / RBA
- Strong skills in conducting behavioral assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing Individual Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Excellent skills in training staff and educators on behavior management strategies and interventions.
- Strong data collection, analysis, and organizational abilities to track and report student progress.
- Experience in working with students with learning disabilities, including ADD, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
