This is a key leadership position within a fast-growing environment, ideal for someone with customer-facing experience, and a passion for team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a technical service team to deliver top-tier support and service.

Oversee installations, troubleshooting, and warranty/aftermarket service.

Implement and optimize service processes, KPIs, and preventive maintenance programs.

Manage service scheduling, resource allocation, and customer communication.

Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Production to resolve product or performance issues.

Track and report on service performance metrics.

Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Support customers with technical training, upgrades, and product lifecycle management.

Qualifications





5-10+ years in a service or maintenance leadership role within automation, machinery, or robotics industries.

Technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field. (preferred but more importantly looking for intangibles and soft skills as the team is stacked with strong technical professionals)

Solid understanding of PLC/CNC systems, robotics integration, and industrial controls.

Demonstrated success in team leadership, customer relations, and problem-solving.

Experience managing field service teams, scheduling, and service documentation systems.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
