Key Responsibilities:
• Process expense claims and ensure financial compliance
• Review and code leave of absence data
• Manage vendor invoices and purchase order matching
• Prepare payroll and reconciliations
• Assist staff with accounting inquiries
Requirements:
• 2-year diploma in accounting/finance
• Minimum 2 years in a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics GP
• Excellent typing speed of 40-50 WPM
• Strong accounting knowledge and problem-solving skills
Utilize your finance expertise to ensure accurate processing and operational support within the department.
