Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care for neonates in NICU
• Aid in the implementation of clinical guidelines

• Collaborate on policy development and procedure refinement
• Engage in opportunities for research and knowledge enhancement
Requirements:
• CPSS licensure as a Neonatal Clinical Associate
• Proven NICU experience
• Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine training or 2 years similar role
• Strong communication skills within a team environment
• Ability to sustain various work hours monthly
