Key Responsibilities:
• Lead go-live operations as the primary Site Lead
• Ensure patient safety and continuity of care




• Oversee Field Managers and coaching staff
• Manage escalations and issue resolution
• Actively engage with stakeholders and staff

Requirements:
• Experience in healthcare operations and clinical leadership
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows
• Proven leadership in high-pressure environments
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• EHR implementation experience is preferred
