Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Azure Architect to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in .NET technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, along with a strong background in P&C; Insurance. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical leadership to ensure successful project execution and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring development teams and establishing best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on Azure.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of .NET-based projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and provide regular updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and environments.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Drive adoption of microservices architecture and up-to-date cloud-native development practices.
- Ensure quality assurance, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15–20 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in .NET technologies.
- Proven experience as an Azure Architect or Technical Lead.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Expertise in microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments is an advantage.
