Leverage Tek is actively seeking a Project Manager for an 20-month contract prospect with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location

Ottawa, ON (Hybrid/1-2 days per week onsite)

Key Tasks

- Coordinate the delivery of multiple interrelated projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead high-priority projects directly while coordinating with, and acting as a key liaison to, key internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with interested internal parties and business owners to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure consistency and quality across projects by applying project management methodologies.
- Develop and maintain key program and project documentation (e.g. project charters, integrated plans, roadmaps, risk registers, dashboards).
- Build and lead cross-functional teams composed of internal staff, contractors, and subject matter experts.
- Plan, participate in, and facilitate, project steering committee and project team meetings.
- Facilitate coordination across multiple teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient delivery environment.
- Engage with external partners and vendors to understand needs, gather feedback, and align project execution with intended outcomes.
- Support business owners in developing sustainability and operational integration plans for delivered products/services.

Key Qualifications

- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in project and program management roles.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-interested party initiatives in a healthcare, education, or public sector environment.
- Experience working in a matrix model and coordinating with external partners and vendors.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, education, health administration, or related field
- Experience working with product development frameworks and related tools.
- Experience in training development and delivery projects.




- Expertise in project delivery methodologies.
- Skilled in interested party engagement, negotiation, and facilitation.
- Project financial and resource planning experience.
- Proficient in Change Management practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Share Point, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Planner).

Assets

- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset.
- Understanding medical education or health workforce initiatives is an asset.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies is an asset.
- Experience with applications such as Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or equivalents is considered an asset.

Hourly Rate Negotiable
