Contract Role (6 months | Extension/Conversion possible)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator I to join an Insurance Operations team. This role involves high-volume application processing, data validation, and supporting brokers and internal partners in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of insurance applications while maintaining strong data integrity and service quality.

Required Skills

- Data entry & high-volume processing
- Solid attention to detail & accuracy
- Time management & ability to meet SLAs
- Email and phone communication skills
- Customer service / broker support experience
- Microsoft Excel (tracking and basic reporting)
- Ability to work in repetitive, process-driven tasks
- Operational support experience

Nice to Have

- Insurance or financial services experience
- Experience with DPS or similar processing systems
- Audit or quality control exposure
