Talent Acquisition Specialist - Toronto

This is not a back-office recruiting role.

You’ll work directly with the President and senior leadership, owning hiring outcomes across the business. Full visibility. Real influence. Zero hand-holding.

If you’re a recruiter with 3–5 years of experience ready to step up from execution to ownership and strategy

What you’ll do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting (source → close → 90-day success)

• Manage 15–20 roles without sacrificing quality

• Build proactive pipelines of high-caliber, often passive talent

• Partner directly with leaders to define and hire top performers

• Drive hiring decisions—not just process them

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record in high-growth or agency recruiting

• Robust sourcing + closing capability

• Sharp judgment—can spot real talent vs noise

• High ownership mindset (you don’t wait for roles to open)

What Success Looks Like

In 6 months: - Built a live pipeline with 15+ pre-qualified candidates

- Filled 8 to 12 roles with a 90%+ 90-day placement rate

- Familiar with every hiring manager and their criteria - Reporting weekly to leadership with pipeline status

In Year One: - Filled 40+ roles with a 95%+ 90-day placement rate

- 80%+ 12-month retention rate

- Managing 15 to 20 active roles without dropping quality

- Part of the leadership team advising on hiring strategy

Commentative compensation package: Salary + Quarterly bonus and Annual Bonus
