• Participate in virtual and in-person board meetings
• Serve on at least one standing committee

Requirements:
• Experience in fund development and governance
• Solid interest in international development
• Not-for-profit experience preferred
• Commitment to equity and global citizenship
• Two-year term commitment with active participation
