We’re hiring a true 360 recruiter who can bring in new business and fill it. This is not a TA role — you own your desk, pipeline, and results.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect and win new clients (cold calls, outreach, referrals)
- Manage full cycle recruitment: intake → fill → close
- Build and grow your own book of business
- Fill high-volume roles across manufacturing, supply chain & industrial
- Proven agency recruitment experience (360 desk)
- Strong sales mentality — comfortable hunting for business
- Track record of client acquisition + revenue generation
- Able to work quick, stay organized, and deliver
What this is NOT:
- Not Talent Acquisition
- Not delivery-only
- No existing accounts — you build your own desk
Comp:
Base + aggressive commission (uncapped)
