IBM Technology stack Developer (IBM API Connect, ISAM, MDM, and BPM)

Start date: ASAP

End date: October 31, 2026, renewable

Location & work model: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite)

We are looking for a highly skilled Developer with extensive experience in the IBM technology stack and a strong understanding of AI tools and practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in IBM API Connect, IBM ISAM, IBM MDM, and BPM Workflows, and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

In addition to core IBM technologies, the candidate should be proficient in leveraging AI tools such as Git Hub Copilot to enhance development productivity and create reusable AI-driven solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with IBM API Connect for designing, developing, and managing APIs and integrations.

• Solid knowledge of IBM ISAM (IBM Security Access Manager) for implementing secure identity and access management solutions.

• Hands-on expertise in IBM MDM (Master Data Management) for managing and governing enterprise data.





• Experience in developing and automating BPM Workflows to streamline business processes.

• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, with the ability to develop reusable AI prompts and solutions to improve team productivity.

• Solid understanding of software development best practices, debugging, and troubleshooting within the IBM ecosystem.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment with strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to create technical designs and documentation for assigned user stories and projects.

Good to have:

• Experience with IBM Sterling FileX or equivalent for secure and reliable file transfer solutions.

• Familiarity with IBMFilenet or equivalent for enterprise content management and document management solutions.

• Knowledge of additional AI and machine learning frameworks or tools that can be integrated into IBM solutions.

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially IBM Cloud or AWS, and deployment automation.

• Exposure to Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines within IBM technology projects.

• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams.
