Job Title: Product Owner/ Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid 2 days/week- Toronto (Canada)

Job Description

We’re currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst (BA/BSA) with robust experience in Contact Center platforms, like Amazon Connect. Financial Domain Experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and translate business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams
- Drive end-to-end delivery

Required Skills:

- Contact Center experience
- SQL
- Amazon Connect.
