This is a high-impact, client-facing advisory role focused on delivering holistic financial planning solutions to individuals and families, while driving growth through a strong sales and relationship management approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a portfolio of high-value client relationships through proactive sales and advisory efforts
- Deliver holistic financial planning solutions, including investment strategies, retirement planning, risk management, and estate considerations
- Advise clients on a range of investment products, mutual funds, and life insurance solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market outreach
- Maintain a disciplined approach to client follow-up, pipeline management, and revenue generation
- Provide ongoing portfolio reviews and adjust strategies in line with market conditions and client objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to families,



helping them navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence

Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Investment Advisor, or in a similar client-facing sales/advisory role
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong expertise in investments, funds, and life insurance products
- Demonstrated ability to deliver holistic financial planning to individuals and families
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a book of business
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant industry licensing CSC/IFIC MFDA/IIROC/CIRO or LLQP required
