Leverage Tek is actively seeking a Net Suite ERP Techno-Functional Consultant for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

Key Tasks

- Finalize configuration and support go-live of the Net Suite instance, including resolution of outstanding UAT issues
- Complete the setup of the Procure-to-Pay process, including getting payments functionality operational
- Build and configure approval workflows and other automation within Net Suite
- Serve as the primary liaison between the business and the Net Suite system — gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and delivering enhancements
- Develop and manage an ongoing improvement roadmap for the Net Suite environment
- Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed
- Plan and execute the next phase of Net Suite enhancements in a structured, prioritized manner
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across remote North American-based accounting teams in a decentralized environment

Key Qualifications

- Strong hands-on Net Suite experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations
- Proven techno-functional background with Net Suite ERP — able to bridge both business analysis and system configuration
- Robust experience implementing Accounting and Procure-to-Pay within Net Suite and demonstrated ability to configure Net Suite independently (workflows, approvals, module setup)
- Ability to meet with business stakeholders, translate requirements into system solutions, and execute against them
- Strong communication skills — able to present clearly to accounting, procurement, and operational stakeholders

Qualifications

- Net Suite certifications (e.g., Net Suite Administrator, ERP Consultant)




- Prior experience supporting post-go-live environments and continuous improvement programs
- Ability to meet with business stakeholders, translate requirements into system solutions, and execute against them
- Strong communication skills — able to present clearly to accounting, procurement, and operational stakeholders

Hourly Rate Negotiable
