Role Overview

CW Properties is seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to support our growing residential portfolio. This contract-based, hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people. You’ll play a key role in showcasing units, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience.

Key Responsibilities





- Coordinate and conduct property showings with prospective tenants
- Respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Promote available units and ensure listings are accurate and up to date
- Assist applicants with rental forms, documentation, and background checks
- Prepare and execute lease agreements in line with company policies
- Liaise with the property management team to ensure units are ready for move-in
- Maintain records of leads, visits, and leasing activity

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required)
- Previous leasing or customer-facing experience is an asset but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable
- Proficient with email, mobile apps, and scheduling tools
- Fluent in English & French

Additional Information

- Compensation: Competitive Commission-Based Structure
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
- Travel required within the Greater Montreal area
