Seniority Level - 5-10+ Years (Intermediate & Senior Level - 2 Positions)

Responsibilities

- Technical Configuration: Lead the hands-on implementation and configuration of the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) module to meet complex business requirements.
- System Enhancement: Identify and execute system improvements, focusing 80% of your effort on technical execution and configuration rather than high-level management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Data Lab and Finance/HR stakeholders to translate business processes into technical Oracle solutions.
- Requirement Analysis: Perform detailed gap analysis and functional mapping to ensure Oracle HCM modules align with Clients financial data standards.
- Lifecycle Management:



Support the full software development lifecycle, from initial configuration through testing and final deployment.

Must-Have Skills

- Oracle Technical Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with the Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) module.
- Configuration Depth: Proven track record of performing heavy technical configurations and module implementations (this is not a high-level management role).
- Experience Level: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a Business Analyst or Project Manager capacity with a focus on Oracle technologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to navigate a cross-functional team setting.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Financial Systems Knowledge: Experience working within a Finance Systems or Data Lab division.
- Oracle Expense/Cash Management: Exposure to Oracle Expense or Cash Management modules, particularly for those looking to transition into senior-level responsibilities.
