We are seeking a hands-on Middleware Administrator to support and enhance enterprise middleware platforms within a dynamic IT Infrastructure Operations setting. This role is ideal for a technical generalist who thrives in production support, enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, and is eager to work across a broad range of middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, and support enterprise middleware platforms to ensure high availability and performance
- Install, configure, and maintain middleware technologies and system interfaces
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities for service improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner
- Perform system tuning, health checks, and preventative maintenance activities
- Apply security patches and manage SSL certificates
- Support middleware upgrade and refresh initiatives
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards and security policies




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing operations and project delivery

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or middleware administration
- Hands-on experience with:
- IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
- IBM MQ
- Oracle Web Logic (12c or higher)
- Apache, Tomcat, and reverse proxy technologies
- SSL certificate management

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle Utilities applications (e.g., CCB, NMS, OUA, OMA)
- Web Sphere Application Server experience
- Familiarity with enterprise job schedulers (e.g., Appworx)
- Exposure to ETL tools or reporting platforms (e.g., SAP BO, Data Services)
