Role: Senior .NET Developers with Cloud and AI Expertise

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 3/4 days onsite)

Core Technical Skills

We are seeking three senior developers with the following expertise to strengthen our team’s capabilities in contemporary application development and AI-driven automation:

Primary Technology Stack

- .NET Core and .NET-based applications (design, development, and optimization).
- Java Script for front-end integration and full-stack collaboration.
- SQL and relational database design, including data modeling and optimization.
- RESTful APIs and web services (design, implementation, and integration).
- Cloud-native architectures (microservices, containerization, and serverless solutions).

Dev Ops & Agile Practices

- CI/CD pipelines (experience with Helios strongly preferred).
- Git Hub/Git Hub Actions for version control and automation.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for iterative delivery.
- Automated testing (unit, integration, and deployment validation).

Cloud Platform Expertise

- Microsoft Azure (core services, Azure AI, and infrastructure management).
- Open Shift/containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).

AI-Driven Development

- Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance productivity (e.g., code generation, testing automation, documentation, or requirement analysis).
- Agentic AI specialization (for the third role):
- Implementing Azure-based AI solutions for business process automation.




- Designing AI systems to replace manual workflows (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, or process mining).

Key Responsibilities

All hires will:

- Lead end-to-end software development, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business partners, analysts, and developers to deliver integrated solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct code reviews, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability.
- Maintain documentation for systems, revisions, and organizational needs analysis.
- Drive Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements.

The third developer will additionally:

- Spearhead AI-driven automation initiatives, focusing on Azure AI services.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with agentic AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, automated decision systems).
- Mentor the team on AI tool integration to boost productivity.
