Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead governance and risk-focused initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This is an 8-month contract (with potential extension), starting ASAP, operating in a hybrid mode with 2 days onsite and a standard 37.5-hour work week. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes across complex transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, and closure
• Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive governance and ensure adherence to project frameworks
• Provide executive-level reporting and project updates
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Identify and implement corrective actions for project risks and challenges
Must-Have Requirements
• 5–10+ years of project management experience
• Strong experience in governance, risk, or transformation projects
• Experience delivering projects within large organizations or financial services
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive outcomes
Nice-to-Have
• PMP or project management certification
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or Share Point
• Exposure to data or regulatory projects
Soft Skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
