THE OPPORTUNITY
The Marketing Manager provides strategic leadership for Inland’s corporate marketing initiatives, guiding the development and execution of integrated, company-wide strategies. In this role you will oversee marketing campaign planning and performance across digital and traditional channels—including social, email, SEO, paid media, and brand programs—to ensure strong alignment with business goals.
This position is located at our corporate office in Burnaby, BC.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the development and ongoing evolution of Inland’s corporate marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand priorities, OEM partner marketing initiatives and maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
- Responsible for designing and executing a company-wide marketing strategy, tools and direction to align marketing initiatives with growth-oriented business development strategy and market growth opportunities across sales,
service and parts divisions.
- Oversee, plan and execute marketing programs and campaigns across digital and traditional channels to maintain consistency, quality, and measurable impact and lead creative development across all media formats
- Provide direction and oversight of digital advertising campaigns on multiple platforms, analyze data to optimize performance, coordinating project management activities of various campaigns.
- Oversee planning and execution of promotional events, new branch launches and community and ICare engagement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize website content ensuring brand consistency and performance
- Oversee social media strategy and content calendar aligned with brand messaging and company goals
- Establish KPIs, and performance dashboard and utilize analytics tools to track performance and analyze web, mobile, and social media analytics and use insights to improve ROI and drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Assess and ensure measurable impact of marketing activities, programs, campaigns and initiatives
- Provide day-to-day leadership for the marketing team, including hiring, and providing direction, coaching, and performance management, with emphasis on building a strong, high-performing culture.
- Plan and oversee department budget and budgets for marketing initiatives and campaigns, spend with agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications or business. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years’ related experience in a marketing leadership role with proven experience leading enterprise marketing strategies and integrated campaigns, managing and developing marketing teams, and working cross-functionally to drive measurable business results.
- Prior supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
- Strong business acumen, ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.

SALARY
The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 annually.
