POSITION SUMMARY

Assigned Territory: GTA East, Northern Ontario and Ottawa

The Regional Manager, Strategic Partnerships plays a critical role in advancing Celltrion Healthcare Canada’s (CHC) mission by building high-value partnerships that improve patient access, optimize care pathways, and address healthcare system gaps. This field-based role is responsible for owning and developing their assigned sales territory and achieving sales targets for CHC’s Osteoporosis biosimilar. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of Osteoporosis management, experience selling biologics or biosimilars, and established relationships with primary care clinics, prescribers and pharmacies.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieve territory sales objectives by leveraging existing relationships and territory insights to engage key prescribers, clinics, and pharmacy partners in assigned territory and accelerate biosimilar adoption
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and partnerships that align brand priorities and healthcare system while driving territory sales performance
- Sound management of territory budget deployed in the execution of strategic activities and tactics
- Build strategic and long-term partnerships in the complex biosimilar space
- Act as a trusted partner to customers by bridging clinical, operational and patient support conversations
- Share field insights, competitive intelligence,



and best practices to inform strategy and strengthen market positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, Marketing) to ensure strategic alignment and successful program execution
- Demonstrate strong business ethics, understand business principles, and interpret resources available to make sound business decisions to help drive the growth and achieve high standards of business excellence
- Perform required administrative duties, including expense reporting, territory analysis, and call reporting
- Complete all training programs provided by company
- Attend local, regional, and national meetings as required
- Willing and able to travel. Evening and weekend work may be required

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales roles
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an environment of Key Account Planning
- Experience in Biologics/Biosimilars
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers

- Entrepreneurial mindset with solid initiative, sense of urgency, and a “hunter” mentality focused on identifying opportunities and accelerating product adoption
- Comfortable working within a fast paced- cross-functional, and matrix environment
- Proven analytical skills required to understand territory dynamics and plan for effective effort allocation
- Demonstrated experience and mastery in delivering a cross-functional solution-based approaches through ongoing collaborative communication
- Demonstrated experience with execution of value propositions and product messaging through polishes sales/communication approach
- Strong understanding of territory market dynamics and competitive environment
- Excellent communicator – verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., VEEVA) and project management tools an asset

EDUCATION

- Undergraduate degree in health sciences, business, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree or MBA considered an asset.
