You will be responsible for creating event touchpoints, managing meticulous records, and providing on-site support to drive business impact and increase engagement.

This is a 8-month contract which requires you to work onsite at our client's office in downtown Toronto on a hybrid basis.

- Financial Acumen: A "financial thinker" comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and budgets.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly familiar with Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: University education with a strong portfolio of delivered work.
- Analytical & Research Skills: Excellent research skills with the ability to think "outside the box" to find innovative solutions.
- Meticulous Detail: Deadline-driven with an exceptional standard of delivery and attention to detail.
- Proactive Mindset: Highly observant with the ability to independently pick up cues, connect the dots, and anticipate team needs.
- Service Orientation: A robust sense of responsibility, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Experience working directly with C-Suite executives.
- Proven track record of collaborating across different time zones and with global teams.
