Job Summary

As we scale our operations, we’re investing in the data infrastructure and reporting capabilities needed to make smarter, faster decisions across the business. We are looking for a sharp, self-sufficient Business Analyst to join our Operations team, reporting directly to the COO.

This is a foundational role at an exciting time: you will own our reporting today — Excel-based and ERP-driven — and help build the next layer of our analytics infrastructure as we bring additional capabilities online in Q3. You’ll work across sales, inventory, production, and finance, delivering the dashboards and insights that keep the business informed and moving forward.

We’re also actively exploring AI and agentic tools to accelerate how we work with data. This role will evolve with those capabilities, and you’ll have a hand in shaping how we adopt them. As RDstyle grows, this role grows with it — we see a transparent path toward a more senior analytical function over time.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboards

- Build, own, and maintain recurring reports covering sales performance, inventory levels, production status, and margin analysis
- Connect to and query our data to automate and scale reporting workflows
- Manage and optimize Power Query-based data pipelines from our ERP exports into structured Excel models

Data Analysis & Insights

- Analyze sales and wholesale data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across channels and collections
- Perform margin and cost analysis, reconciling production costs (overseas) with sales performance
- Track inventory levels and production milestones, flagging risks or delays proactively




- Deliver regular business reviews with commentary and follow-up — not just numbers, but the story behind them

Data Infrastructure & Process

- Partner with the COO and relevant teams to define KPIs and reporting standards across the business
- Support the transition from manual ERP data dumps to a structured data warehouse environment
- Document data models, report logic, and definitions to ensure consistency and institutional knowledge
- Identify and track production data outside of the ERP, maintaining accuracy and integrity

Collaboration & Follow-Up

- Work closely with Sales, Design, and Production teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant output
- Flag issues and follow up on action items arising from reporting — you close the loop
- Act as a trusted analytical resource for the COO, supporting ad hoc analysis and business decisions

Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or reporting analyst role
- Advanced Excel proficiency — Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling
- Experience working with ERP systems and extracting/transforming data for reporting purposes
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into clear narratives and recommendations
- Experience building dashboards and reports for sales and operations teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables independently
- Curiosity about AI tools — experience with Copilot, Claude or similar in a business context

Assets (Nice to Have)

- Experience with a data warehouse environment
- Knowledge of SQL for querying structured databases
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
- Background in fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer goods
