Become an integral part of a therapy team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist focused on neurology.

Conduct assessments and facilitate personalized therapy to bolster patient independence and functionality.

In this role, you’ll independently manage a caseload while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Your primary focus will be on planning and delivering tailored interventions for patients with complex care needs and neurological conditions.

Engage in performance evaluations and mentor junior therapists to ensure high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ abilities
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Track and document patient improvement
• Inform families on effective adaptive strategies
• Mentor and support less experienced team members

Requirements:
• BSc in Occupational Therapy required
• HCPC registration with CPD proof
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields
• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches
• Excellent communication and team-oriented skills
