As a Dispatcher, you play a crucial role in optimizing the delivery and shipment processes for a diverse range of building supplies. Your responsibilities extend from managing efficient and secure logistics of standard to specialized deliveries such as drywall and roof trusses and comprehensive oversight of logistical operations. In this position you will help ensure safety compliance as well as leverage advanced technology to enhance and streamline shipping operations, supporting the company's commitment to timely and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules.
- Pre-plan shipments and adjust schedules to maximize productivity.
- Monitor the routes and status of deliveries to optimize daily schedules and ensure timely customer service.




- Setup and dispatch pick orders systematically to ensure productive operations by warehouse pickers.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers and the logistics team to provide updates and resolve issues during deliveries.
- Prioritize calls/emails based on urgency and ensuring timely responses.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in logistics or supply management an asset.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paces dynamic environment.
- Commitment to high safety standards.
