As part of the development of its Toronto hub, MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a PMO working in the aerospace industry.
Your next challenge:
You will lead the execution of engineering projects, ensuring efficiency, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement in a energetic aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Prioritize and manage Product Change Requests (PCRs), guiding them through the Change Management process.
- Develop detailed project schedules, track scope, budget, and risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate program reviews with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment and governance.
- Provide visibility and support for strategic PCRs, preparing governance materials for leadership.
- Identify and implement new methods or tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience in aerospace.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems, paired with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement/Kaizen and Six Sigma, with a PMP certification as a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management, with exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented, autonomous, and collaborative, with a focus on customer needs and innovative problem-solving.

What to expect during the recruitment process?
- 15-20 minutes of telephone interview with a talent acquisition partner;
- A standard one-hour initial consultation with the business manager via Microsoft Teams;
- A one-hour technical interview with a consultant on assignment to challenge your project management skills through scenarios or exercises;
- A final exchange with the agency manager/senior business manager to discuss the conditional offer and benefits.
