Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Share
Point Online and Microsoft 365 Apps
• Assist users with Teams and One
Drive issues
• Troubleshoot permissions and content sharing challenges
• Maintain project documentation and client communication
• Conduct client onboarding and training for Microsoft 365
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of Share
Point configuration
• Excellent multitasking and troubleshooting skills
• Preferred Microsoft 365 certifications
• Experience in migrating content to Share
Point Online
