Senior Production Support Analyst – MUST SPEAK FRENCH | Contract | Montreal, QC (Onsite)
We are urgently hiring a Senior Production Support Analyst with strong technical expertise.
MUST SPEAK FRENCH (Fluent – Mandatory Requirement)
This role supports mission-critical trading and risk applications in a fast-paced global banking environment. You will work closely with trading desks and development teams to ensure production stability and rapid incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for trading and risk applications
- Perform daily production health checks before and after market hours
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical live production incidents
- Manage and prioritize user tickets and backlog efficiently
- Collaborate with developers, traders, and global teams (NY-based)
- Drive automation initiatives using scripting, bots, and monitoring tools
- Follow ITIL best practices and contribute to continuous improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Application/Production Support
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- UNIX | SQL | Python | Java | Kibana | Elasticsearch | Autosys
- Ability to write SQL queries and basic coding (mandatory)
- Experience in incident management, monitoring, and automation
- Exposure to financial/trading systems is a strong plus
Mandatory Requirement
- MUST SPEAK FRENCH (Fluent – Non-Negotiable)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
